  • Apple’s Privacy-Focused Ad Attribution: We only use Apple’s privacy-centric ad attribution framework, ensuring minimal data collection for advertising purposes.
  • No Location Tracking: Thrive does not collect or store your location data at any time. Your usage is limited to the functionality within the app, and we do not monitor or track your whereabouts.
  • No Specific App Usage Monitoring: We do not track your activity within other apps on your device. We only analyze interactions related to Thrive to improve our services.

 

3. Data Collection and Use

  • Child Mode: Thrive includes a child mode that can be enabled to lock the app in a child-friendly version. When in child mode, there are no advertisements, external links, or third-party trackers.
  • No Targeted Advertising: Thrive is ad-free, particularly in child mode. We do not serve advertisements to children or collect data for marketing purposes.
  • External Links: There are no external links within the app that could take children out of the Thrive environment.

 

4. GDPR Compliance for Children

  • Parental Consent: Thrive complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) with respect to children’s data. Parental consent is required to create an account for children under the age of 16 (or the appropriate age in your region). We ensure that child accounts are only created with appropriate consent.
  • Child Data Protection: We collect minimal data from children, and any data collected (such as usage statistics) is fully anonymized. This data is only used to improve app performance and user experience.
